Καλώδιο δικτύου DeLOCK M12 D-coded 4-πολικό αρσενικό σε θηλυκό PUR (TPU) 2 m

The DeLOCK M12 Cable D-coded 4 pin male to female (2 m) is an industrial Ethernet cable designed for reliable data transmission between devices with M12 connectors. Constructed with a durable PUR (TPU) sheath and UL 94 certification, the cable is intended for use in machine control, automation and other industrial network applications where mechanical stress and environmental exposure occur.

Advantages

The cable supports up to 10 million bending cycles, making it suitable for continuous movement applications such as drag chains. The PUR (TPU) sheath provides oil and UV resistance and increased abrasion resistance, while the D-coded M12 4-pin connectors ensure correct Ethernet signal assignment for industrial data communication. The 2 m length offers flexible routing options in control cabinets and machinery.

Suitable for

• Connecting devices with M12 D-coded 4-pin Ethernet interfaces
• Machine control and automation networks
• Drag chains and other moving installations
• Environments requiring oil and UV resistance

Key specifications

• Brand: DELOCK
• Type: M12 D-coded 4 pin male to female Ethernet cable
• Cable length: 2 m
• Sheath material: PUR (TPU)
• Drag chain suitability: up to 10 million bending cycles

How to use

Connect the M12 male connector to the corresponding M12 female port on one device and the M12 female connector to the M12 male port on the other device, ensuring the D-coding alignment for correct Ethernet pin assignment. Route the cable along the intended path, avoiding sharp edges and excessive tension. For installations in drag chains, ensure the cable has sufficient length and bend radius according to the machine's specifications.

Recommendations

For long-term performance, inspect connectors and cable sheath periodically for wear or damage, especially in high-movement or oil-exposed applications. Use appropriate strain relief and secure routing to minimise mechanical stress and maintain reliable network connections.
