K2 Systems SingleRail 36/50 συνδετήρας ράγας 2003605

When building a solar array, a weak link where two rails meet can compromise the entire structure. The K2 Systems SingleRail 36/50 Rail Splice Connector eliminates that risk by providing a rock-solid, corrosion-resistant connection between K2 SingleRail 36 and SingleRail 50 profiles. This pre-assembled aluminium connector ensures your PV mounting structure stays perfectly aligned and secure for decades, even in harsh outdoor conditions.

Who is it for

This connector is essential for solar installers and PV system integrators working with K2 SingleRail mounting systems. If you need to extend rail lengths for larger module layouts or create continuous rows, this splice is your go-to component. It's also ideal for maintenance teams replacing or reinforcing existing connections.

Tips

For optimal performance, ensure the rail ends are clean and free of burrs before inserting the splice. Tighten the stainless steel screws evenly to the recommended torque to maintain alignment and prevent stress points. This connector is designed for outdoor use, but periodic inspection of the clamping area is recommended in highly corrosive environments.
