Intellinet Patch Panel, Cat6a, FTP, 24-Port, 1U, θωρακισμένο, 90° Top-Entry LSA, γκρι

The Intellinet Patch Panel Cat6a FTP 24-Port 1U Shielded 90° Top-Entry is a 19" rack-compliant patch panel designed for Cat6a fully shielded twisted-pair installations. It provides 24 shielded ports with 90° top-entry punch-down blocks for organized cable termination and supports Gigabit Ethernet performance while meeting current industry standards and certifications (UL, CE, RoHS).

Advantages

This shielded Cat6a patch panel reduces electromagnetic interference through FTP shielding and 90° top-entry design, which simplifies cable routing in dense racks. The panel’s 1U form factor fits standard racks and the Krone-style compatible punch-down blocks enable quick, reliable terminations. Constructed in a durable grey finish and weighing 1.5 kg, it is suitable for professional network environments and adheres to relevant safety and environmental standards.

Suitable for

• Wiring new Cat6a FTP network installations in data centres and server rooms
• Expanding port density in office or telecommunication racks
• Organising shielded Ethernet cabling where EMI protection is required

How to use

Mount the 1U patch panel into a standard 19" rack using appropriate screws. Route shielded Cat6a cables to the top-entry punch-down blocks and terminate each conductor into the Krone-style punch-down slots following T568A or T568B color-coding. Ensure the FTP cable shield is properly bonded to the panel’s chassis ground to maintain effective shielding. After terminations, label ports for easy identification and connect patch cords from the front ports to network equipment.

Recommendations

Use compatible Krone punch-down tools for secure terminations, maintain proper cable bend radius, and ensure consistent grounding of the FTP shield. For best performance, test each channel with a Cat6a-certified tester after installation.
