InLine Καλώδιο patch θωρακισμένο, U/FTP, Cat.6A, μαύρο, 5m

The InLine Cat.6A armoured patch cable (5 m) is a rugged U/FTP Ethernet cable designed for demanding network installations where mechanical protection and signal integrity are required. It features an inner SUS204 stainless steel jacket, a highly elastic PVC outer sheath and HDPE core insulation, and is fitted with fully shielded 8P8C (RJ-45) plugs with 50 µ" gold-plated contacts. The cable is suitable for indoor and exposed applications such as shows, concerts, billboards and advertising signs, and provides protection against heavy foot traffic, weather and pests.

Advantages

The armoured construction provides increased mechanical strength and resistance to pressure and impact. Full U/FTP shielding and high-density polyethylene (HDPE) insulation ensure stable signal transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference. Gold-plated contacts on the RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability and reduce contact resistance. The cable supports PoE up to 90 W and meets Cat.6A performance requirements with a bandwidth of 500 MHz.

Suitable for

• High-speed Ethernet networks requiring Cat.6A performance
• Outdoor-exposed runs and temporary installations at events (shows, concerts)
• Billboard and advertising sign connectivity
• Environments with risk of mechanical stress, pests or rodents

How to use

Connect the fully shielded RJ-45 plugs to the corresponding Ethernet ports on devices and network equipment, ensuring the connector latches engage. Route the cable along the planned path, avoiding sharp bends and excessive torsion; use appropriate strain relief or conduit where mechanical protection is required. For outdoor-exposed temporary installations, secure the cable to prevent movement and contact with sharp edges.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for data transmission at Cat.6A performance levels; verify device PoE specifications before applying up to 90 W. During installation, maintain recommended bend radius and avoid compressive loads exceeding the stated force resistance to preserve shielding and internal structure.
