InLine DC extension cable, black — a 0.5 m cable with 3.5 x 1.35 mm DC male and female connectors designed to extend DC power connections. The cable supports a nominal input voltage of 12 V and a maximum current of 11.6 A, suitable for use with a range of small electronic devices and power adapters.

Advantages

The InLine DC extension cable provides a compact and flexible solution to increase the reach of DC power connections without altering existing plugs. Its 3.5 x 1.35 mm male and female connectors maintain polarity and offer reliable contact for low-voltage power delivery. The 0.5 m length and black jacket make it unobtrusive in installation and cabling setups.

Suitable for

• Extending DC power connections for small electronics
• Connecting devices to external 12 V adapters
• Temporary or permanent cabling in AV setups and control equipment
• Replacing or extending short DC leads on cameras, routers, or LED drivers

Key specifications

How to use

Connect the male 3.5 x 1.35 mm plug to the DC output of your power adapter or device and insert the female connector to the device requiring power. Ensure correct polarity and secure connections before powering the system. The cable can be routed and positioned as needed; avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain at the connector junctions to maintain a reliable connection.

Recommendations

Use this extension cable only within the specified voltage and current ratings (12 V, 11.6 A). Verify connector compatibility (3.5 x 1.35 mm) with your devices. For permanent or outdoor installations, consider additional strain relief or protection against moisture and mechanical damage.
