InLine Καλώδιο δικτύου F/UTP Cat.5e γκρι 2m

The InLine Patch Cable F/UTP Cat.5e grey 2m is a 2-meter Ethernet patch cable with F/UTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors on both ends. It is designed for reliable data transmission in structured cabling systems and small network setups, reducing electromagnetic interference to maintain stable signal quality. The grey PVC jacket provides mechanical protection and a neutral appearance suitable for office and home environments.

Advantages

F/UTP shielding helps reduce external electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving link stability in environments with electrical noise. Cat5e specification supports Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet at suitable distances. The factory-terminated RJ-45 connectors ensure quick connection to switches, routers and patch panels without additional tools. The 2 m length balances flexibility and neat cable management for close device connections.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers to switches, routers or modems
• Linking network devices in office workstations and home networks
• Patch panel to switch connections in small server rooms or network closets
• Temporary setups for meetings, testing or equipment replacement

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat.5e
• Shielding: Foiled (F/UTP) around twisted pairs with unshielded connectors
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends, 8P8C wiring
• Length: 2 m
• Jacket colour and material: Grey PVC
• Supported data rates: up to Gigabit Ethernet over suitable link lengths
• Typical use: Patch cable for horizontal and equipment cabling

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your device and the other into the corresponding port on a switch, router or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For rack installations, use cable management accessories to keep the 2 m length tidy and prevent strain on ports.

Recommendations

Use the patch cable for short runs where interference reduction is beneficial, and avoid running it parallel to mains power cables for long distances. Inspect connectors periodically for dust or damage and replace the cable if the jacket or plugs show visible wear.
