Hypertec ProConnectLite καλώδιο δικτύου κόκκινο 2 m Cat6 F/UTP (FTP)

The Hypertec ProConnectLite Red 2 m Cat6 F/UTP networking cable is a 2-metre Ethernet cable designed for stable wired connections in home and office networks. It uses Category 6 wiring and F/UTP (foil-shielded with unshielded twisted pairs) construction to reduce electromagnetic interference and maintain consistent data transmission. Both ends are fitted with standard RJ-45 connectors to ensure compatibility with routers, switches, network interface cards and other Ethernet-enabled devices. The red jacket provides easy visual identification in patch panels and cabling runs.

Advantages

The F/UTP shielding offers improved protection against external interference compared with unshielded cables, helping to preserve signal integrity in environments with nearby electrical equipment. Category 6 specification supports higher bandwidth and better performance for gigabit Ethernet applications compared with lower-category cables. The 2 m length is convenient for short runs between devices without excess cable slack, and the RJ-45 connectors provide broad compatibility with standard network hardware.

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your device and the other connector into the port on your router, switch or modem. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends, kinks or tight loops that could damage the internal pairs or reduce performance. For installations near sources of heavy electrical noise, position the cable to maximise the benefit of the foil shielding by keeping it separate from mains cabling where possible.

Recommendations

For optimal performance use this Cat6 F/UTP cable for gigabit Ethernet applications and short patch runs up to 2 metres. Avoid excessive bending and compression, and label the red cable in multi-cable environments to simplify maintenance and troubleshooting.
