helos T-Adapter Cat 5e ISDN 0,15 m

helos T-Adapter Cat 5e ISDN 0.15 m is a compact T-type network adapter designed for ISDN and Ethernet environments using Cat 5e cabling. The adapter features a short 0.15 m lead and a molded housing with metallized finish, offering a practical solution for splitting or joining RJ45 lines in confined spaces for telephony, network testing, patching and temporary installations.

Advantages

The adapter provides one RJ45 male plug to two RJ45 female sockets, gold-plated contacts for improved corrosion resistance and signal transfer, and a metallized plastic housing for mechanical protection. Its short cable length minimizes clutter and is convenient for close-proximity connections without requiring additional long patch cables.

Use the adapter for temporary splits, brief testing, or when a short branch is needed; it is not intended as a permanent network termination or for environments requiring strain-relief or sealed connections.

Recommendations

Use the adapter for short-term or lab tasks and indoor installations. Avoid relying on it for long-term installations, outdoor exposure, or in setups requiring secured cable routing and strain-relief. For permanent cabling, use properly installed patch panels or dedicated splitters designed for fixed installations.
