Hama 00205226 ομοαξονικός σύνδεσμος F-Typ 1 τεμ.

The Hama 00205226 F-type coaxial connector is a single-piece adapter designed to join two F-type coaxial cables or to connect devices and cables that use F connectors. Finished in silver, the connector provides a straightforward, low-profile mechanical coupling for RF signals in audio and video installations. It is intended for inline connections where preserving signal path continuity and mechanical stability is required.

Advantages

This F-to-F coaxial connector offers a compact form factor and a corrosion-resistant silver finish for consistent electrical contact. Its simple push-on or screw-on mating (depending on cable terminations) minimizes insertion force while maintaining a reliable RF connection. Supplied as a single unit, it is suitable for targeted repairs or upgrades without unnecessary extras.

Suitable for

• Extending or joining two F-type coaxial cables
• Connecting TV sets, set-top boxes or satellite receivers with F connectors
• Repairing damaged cable ends in home A/V installations
• Temporary or permanent inline RF connections in audio/video systems

Key specifications

• Connector type: F to F
• Quantity: 1 piece
• Finish: silver
• Application: coaxial RF signal transmission for audio/video

How to use

Ensure both coaxial cable ends and device connectors are clean and free of debris. Align the F connectors and screw or push the adapter onto the cable or device termination until secure; do not overtighten. Verify the mechanical stability of the connection and test signal quality on the connected equipment. For installations with threaded terminations, hand-tighten and then use an appropriate tool only if necessary to avoid damaging the connector or cable core.

Recommendations

Use this F-type connector in dry indoor environments and avoid exposure to prolonged moisture or outdoor conditions without additional weatherproofing. For best signal integrity, keep cable runs as short as practical and ensure cable shielding and connector threads are properly engaged.
