Καλώδιο δικτύου Alcasa 8070R-020 γκρι 2m Cat7 S/FTP

The Alcasa 8070R-020 Grey 2m Cat7 S/FTP networking cable is a shielded Ethernet cable designed for high-speed data transmission in home and office networks. Constructed with S/FTP (shielded foil over individually shielded pairs) layout and fitted with RJ-45 connectors at both ends, it supports data rates up to 10,000 Mbit/s and is suitable for demanding applications that require reduced interference and stable connections. The grey jacket provides a neutral appearance that blends into most installations.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding minimizes electromagnetic interference and crosstalk, improving signal integrity over short to medium distances. The cable’s Cat7 construction supports high-frequency transmission for faster network performance compared with lower category cables. RJ-45 connectors ensure compatibility with standard networking equipment. The 2 m length offers flexibility for connecting devices within the same room without excess cable slack.

Suitable for

• Connecting PCs, switches, routers and networked devices in home and small office setups
• High-bandwidth tasks such as 4K video streaming, online gaming and large file transfers
• Areas where reduced electromagnetic interference is required, for example near electrical equipment

Key specifications

• Cable category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil with individually shielded pairs)
• Maximum supported data rate: up to 10,000 Mbit/s
• Connectors: RJ-45 on both ends
• Length: 2 m
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connector firmly into the Ethernet port of your device and the corresponding port on your router, switch or network interface. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure mechanical and electrical connection. For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends or kinks in the cable and keep it away from high-voltage power lines or sources of strong electromagnetic interference. Use cable management clips or ties to route the cable neatly and prevent strain on the connectors.

Recommendations

For best results, use this Cat7 S/FTP cable for short-to-medium length runs (such as within a room or between adjacent rooms). If running the cable near heavy power cables or motors, maintain separation or use additional conduit to reduce potential interference. Periodically inspect connectors for damage and replace the cable if the jacket or connector shows wear to preserve connection quality.
