GoodConnections Alcasa 8080-005G Cat8.1 S/FTP Καλώδιο patch, 0,5 m, πράσινο

For networks that demand more than standard cabling can deliver, the GoodConnections Alcasa 8080-005G steps up with full Cat8.1 performance in a compact 0.5 m length. This green patch cable is built around pure copper conductors and S/FTP shielding, so it handles up to 40 Gbit/s and 2000 MHz bandwidth without breaking a sweat. It is the kind of cable you reach for when a short, reliable link between server and switch makes all the difference.

Highlights

• Cat8.1 standard with up to 40 Gbit/s data transfer rate
• S/FTP (Screened Foiled Twisted Pair) shielding for maximum interference protection
• Pure copper 26 AWG stranded conductors for superior signal integrity
• Gold-plated RJ45 connectors on both ends
• Backward compatible with Cat6a, Cat6, Cat5e, and Cat5 networks
• Supports PoE, PoE+, and PoE++ for power delivery

In daily use

At just half a metre, this cable is ideal for patching directly between adjacent ports in racks, patch panels, or wall outlets. The green jacket makes it easy to identify in dense cabling environments, while the robust PVC jacket protects against everyday wear. The stranded construction keeps the cable flexible for tight bends, and the gold-plated contacts resist corrosion for long-term reliability. Whether you are upgrading a data centre link or simply need a high-performance short run, this cable delivers consistent, error-free transmission.
