How to use

Preheat the oven to the required temperature (maximum 220° C / Gas Mark 7). Lightly grease the wells if desired for extra protection of the non-stick surface and to ensure release for certain batters. Fill each well with batter to the recommended level and place the tray on the middle rack of the oven. After baking, allow the pan to cool before removing items to preserve the coating. Clean by hand with warm soapy water; avoid abrasive cleaners and metal utensils.

Recommendations

For prolonged non-stick performance, avoid using metal utensils, abrasive scourers or dishwasher cleaning. Store the pan in a dry place and handle gently to preserve the Megastone coating and ensure consistent baking results.
