The clear blue border improves readability and visual organization while the uniform size ensures consistent placement across multiple binders. Compatibility with common desktop printers simplifies batch labelling and reduces setup time.

Suitable for

• Labeling ring binders and lever arch files in office environments
• Organizing school folders, projects, and student materials
• Home filing systems, recipe binders, and personal documents
• Archive and storage identification where consistent spine labels are required

Key specifications

• Label colour: Blue border with white writing area
• Label size: 61 x 297 mm
• Sheet format: Multiple labels per A4 sheet (20 sheets per pack)
• Printer compatibility: Suitable for inkjet and laser printers
• Adhesive: Permanent self-adhesive backing for secure attachment

How to use

Design your label content using Avery design templates or any word-processing software that supports custom label dimensions. Load the sheets into your printer according to the printer’s feed orientation, then print a test sheet on plain paper to confirm alignment. Peel the printed label from the sheet backing and apply it to a clean, dry binder spine, pressing firmly to ensure full contact. For hand-written entries, write before applying the label to avoid smudging.

Recommendations

Store unused sheets flat and in a dry environment to maintain print quality and adhesive performance. For best results, allow freshly printed labels to dry before handling and avoid applying labels to dusty, wet, or textured surfaces. When printing multiple sheets, use the printer’s manual feed tray if available to reduce the chance of misfeeds.
