Επαναλήπτης PoE+ Digitus DN-95123

The DIGITUS PoE+ Repeater DN-95123 extends an existing PoE connection beyond the standard 100 m limit by repeating the Ethernet signal and PoE power. The compact Gigabit device supports 10/100/1000 Mbit/s data rates, complies with IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at standards, supplies up to 22 W, and draws its power from the incoming PoE feed, so no external power adapter is required.

Advantages

The fanless, compact black housing provides quiet operation and supports wall mounting with fixing points. Automatic detection of PoE-enabled devices simplifies installation. LEDs indicate network, power and status for easy monitoring. Each unit extends the transmission distance by up to 100 m, allowing a total chain extension of up to 500 m when multiple repeaters are used.

Suitable for

• Extending PoE connections for IP security cameras
• Connecting remote VoIP phones and wireless access points where power outlets are not available
• Situations requiring a quiet, fanless network device with wall-mount capability

Key specifications

• Model: DN-95123
• Standards: IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3at
• Data rates: 10 / 100 / 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet)
• Maximum PoE output power: 22 W
• Maximum extension per unit: 100 m (up to 500 m with multiple units)
• Ports: 2 × RJ-45 Ethernet
• Dimensions: 60 × 145 × 40 mm
• Weight: 0.09 kg
• Color: Black

How to use

Insert the DN-95123 into an existing Ethernet cable run between your network switch and the PoE device. The repeater draws power from the incoming PoE line and automatically detects PoE-capable devices; no configuration is required. For longer runs, chain additional repeaters, ensuring each unit is placed roughly every 100 m to maintain signal and power delivery.

Recommendations

Place the unit in a dry, ventilated location and use quality shielded or unshielded CAT5e/CAT6 cables to preserve Gigabit performance. Do not exceed the recommended number of repeaters per link beyond manufacturer guidance to ensure reliable power and data transmission.
