ELSYS ELT Υπερηχητικός αισθητήρας χιονιού LoRa

Accurate snow depth measurement in remote locations is often hindered by harsh weather, limited power, and the need for frequent manual checks. The ELSYS ELT Ultrasonic Snow Depth Sensor solves this by delivering reliable, maintenance-free snow depth monitoring over long-range LoRaWAN networks.

Who is it for

This sensor is ideal for ski resorts, avalanche forecasting agencies, hydrology research, road maintenance crews, and environmental monitoring stations that require continuous, unattended snow depth data in challenging outdoor conditions.

Main features

• Ultrasonic time-of-flight measurement for snow depths from 30 cm to 500 cm with ±1 cm accuracy and 1 cm resolution.
• LoRaWAN Class A connectivity with support for EU868, US915, AU915, AS923, KR920, and IN865 frequency bands.
• Ultra-low power design: two 3.6V AA lithium batteries provide up to 10 years of operation.
• Rugged IP67-rated ABS enclosure withstands temperatures from -30°C to +70°C.
• Easy configuration via NFC or LoRaWAN downlink; adjustable transmission interval from 5 minutes to 24 hours.
• Wall or pole mounting options for flexible installation.
