DSIT CAT6a Καλώδιο δικτύου 100% Χαλκός - U/UTP - 2 Μέτρα - Βιολετί (DC-U6A8-020)

In a busy office, a network administrator needs to connect a workstation to a 10 Gigabit switch over a short distance. The DSIT CAT6a Network Cable 100% Copper - U/UTP - 2 Meter - Violet (DC-U6A8-020) provides a reliable, high-speed link without excess cable clutter. Its violet jacket makes it easy to identify in dense patch panels or cable trays.

Why choose it

This cable is built with 100% copper conductors, ensuring superior signal integrity and lower resistance compared to copper-clad aluminium (CCA) alternatives. It supports 10 Gigabit speeds up to 500 MHz, making it future-proof for high-bandwidth applications. The U/UTP design reduces crosstalk without the need for shielding, keeping the cable flexible and easy to route. Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain reliable connections over time. The violet colour aids in network organisation and troubleshooting.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting computers to 10G switches in offices or data centres.
• Patch panel to switch connections in server rooms.
• High-speed LAN links for workstations, NAS devices, and other network equipment.

Good to know

The cable is compliant with CE and RoHS directives, ensuring safety and environmental standards. It is backward compatible with previous cable categories, allowing seamless integration into existing networks. The stranded conductors provide flexibility for frequent bending and routing in tight spaces.
