Why choose it

Unlike copper-clad aluminium (CCA) cables, this DSIT cable uses 100% copper conductors, ensuring superior conductivity, lower attenuation, and full compatibility with Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications. The stranded construction offers flexibility for easy routing through conduits, cable trays, or behind furniture, while the pink jacket provides high visibility for colour-coded network management.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting computers, printers, and network switches in offices or homes
• Extending network reach to remote devices like IP cameras or wireless access points
• Structured cabling in server rooms or data centres where colour coding is required
• Long-distance PoE installations (IP phones, PoE lighting) within CAT5e limits

Good to know

This cable is unshielded (U/UTP), making it best suited for environments with low electromagnetic interference. The 50-meter length is ideal for runs that exceed standard patch cable lengths but do not require a full 100-meter permanent link. The pink colour is not just aesthetic—it allows quick identification of specific network segments or VLANs. All materials meet RoHS environmental standards.
