DSIT CAT 6a Καλώδιο δικτύου LSOH - S/FTP - 50 Μέτρα - Πράσινο (DC-6A3-500)

Running a 10-Gigabit network over longer distances demands a cable that won't buckle under pressure. The DSIT CAT 6a S/FTP installation cable delivers exactly that: a robust, low-smoke, zero-halogen solution for high-speed structured cabling in offices, data centers, and industrial environments. With 50 meters of solid copper performance, it's built for permanent installations where reliability and safety are non-negotiable.

Who is it for

This cable is aimed at network installers, IT professionals, and facility managers who need a future-proof backbone for 10GBASE-T Ethernet. It's ideal for indoor structured cabling projects that require compliance with strict fire safety regulations, such as public buildings, hospitals, schools, and commercial spaces. If you're pulling cable through risers, plenums, or conduit, this LSOH jacket gives you peace of mind.

Main features

• Category 6a (Class EA) performance with up to 500 MHz bandwidth
• S/FTP shielding: individual foil-wrapped pairs plus overall braid screen for superior EMI immunity
• LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket – emits minimal smoke and no toxic halogens in a fire
• Solid bare copper conductors, AWG 23/1, for stable long-distance transmission
• 50-meter pull box for convenient installation without mid-span joints
• Compliant with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and TIA/EIA-568-C.2 standards

Tips

When terminating S/FTP cable, always bond the overall shield to ground at both ends using shielded RJ45 connectors or patch panels. Avoid sharp bends – maintain a minimum bend radius of 4x the cable diameter to preserve performance. For best results, use this cable with Cat 6a shielded components throughout the entire link.
