DSIT CAT 6a καλώδιο δικτύου LSOH - S/FTP - 1 μέτρο - μπλε (DC-6A4-010)

Data center technicians and office network administrators often need a short, high-performance patch cable to connect servers, switches, and patch panels in tight spaces. The DSIT CAT 6a Network Cable LSOH - S/FTP - 1 Meter - Blue (DC-6A4-010) delivers 10 Gigabit Ethernet speeds with robust shielding, making it ideal for high-density environments where signal integrity and safety are paramount.

Why choose it

This cable's S/FTP construction provides excellent protection against electromagnetic interference (EMI) and crosstalk, ensuring reliable 10G performance even in noisy environments. The LSOH jacket emits low smoke and zero halogens when exposed to fire, making it suitable for public buildings and confined spaces where safety regulations demand such materials. The stranded copper conductors offer flexibility for easy routing in racks and behind equipment.

Ideal use cases

• Connecting servers to switches in data centers
• Patch panel to active equipment in structured cabling
• High-speed workstation connections in offices
• PoE devices such as IP cameras and wireless access points
• Areas with strict fire safety requirements (e.g., hospitals, schools)

Good to know

At 1 meter, this cable reduces clutter and signal loss compared to longer runs. The blue colour aids in quick identification and organization. It is backward compatible with Cat5e and Cat6 networks, so you can upgrade gradually without replacing all infrastructure. The gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain optimal conductivity over time.
