DSIT CAT 6 καλώδιο δικτύου LSOH - S/FTP - 50 μέτρα - μπλε (DC-S64-500)

For installations where fire safety and signal integrity are non-negotiable, the DSIT CAT 6 S/FTP LSOH cable stands apart from standard PVC-jacketed alternatives. Its low-smoke zero-halogen sheath dramatically reduces toxic emissions in the event of fire, while the screened/foiled twisted pair construction (S/FTP) provides superior resistance to electromagnetic interference. This 50-meter blue bulk cable is engineered for high-density data networks, supporting 10 Gigabit Ethernet over shorter runs and Gigabit Ethernet up to 100 meters. Ideal for indoor use in offices, data centres, and public buildings, it combines performance with peace of mind.

Highlights

• Category 6 performance: 250 MHz bandwidth, 100 Ohm impedance
• S/FTP shielding: individual foil per pair plus overall braid screen
• LSOH jacket: low smoke, zero halogen, flame retardant (IEC 60332-1)
• Solid copper conductors, 23 AWG, 4 twisted pairs
• Supports 10GBASE-T up to 55 m, 1000BASE-T up to 100 m
• Bulk cable on reel, no connectors included
• RoHS and CE compliant

In daily use

This cable is intended for permanent installation in structured cabling systems. The LSOH jacket is slightly stiffer than PVC but offers excellent protection and is suitable for areas with strict fire regulations such as hospitals, schools, and commercial buildings. The S/FTP shielding ensures reliable data transmission even in environments with high EMI, such as near power lines or industrial equipment. The blue colour aids in network identification and organisation.
