DSIT CAT 5e U/UTP Καλώδιο δικτύου Patch, 0,50 m, Βιολετί, CCA, RJ45, Gigabit Ethernet

Unlike ordinary patch leads that sacrifice signal quality for price, the DSIT CAT 5e U/UTP cable pairs a compact 0.50 m length with a violet jacket and CCA conductors to deliver dependable Gigabit Ethernet links in tight spaces. It is ideal for patching between switches, routers, patch panels, and wall outlets where a short, tidy connection is essential.

Highlights

• Cat 5e performance supports up to 1000 Mbps (Gigabit Ethernet) and 100 MHz bandwidth
• U/UTP unshielded twisted pair construction for flexible, everyday use
• Violet PVC jacket for colour-coded network organisation
• Copper Clad Aluminum (CCA) conductors offer a cost-effective alternative to solid copper
• RJ45 male connectors on both ends, wired to TIA/EIA-568B standard
• 0.50 m length reduces clutter and improves airflow in cabinets

In daily use

This patch cable is a practical choice for connecting network devices over very short distances. Its 0.50 m length is perfect for linking adjacent ports on a switch, connecting a patch panel to a nearby switch, or tidying up a desk setup. The violet colour makes it easy to identify specific connections at a glance. The U/UTP design is suitable for most office and home environments where electromagnetic interference is low. While CCA conductors are not recommended for Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, they perform well for standard data transmission. The cable is backward compatible with Cat 5 and Cat 3 networks, ensuring it works with older equipment.
