Δρομολογητής TP-Link Archer MR500 Dual-band Wi-Fi 5

The TP-Link Archer MR500 Dual-band Wi-Fi 5 integrates 4G+ LTE and dual-band Wi‑Fi to deliver broadband internet access using a Nano SIM card. It functions as a mobile-router hybrid that provides AC1200-class Wi‑Fi coverage throughout the home, supports MU‑MIMO for multiple simultaneous device connections, and includes full Gigabit Ethernet ports plus a WAN port compatible with cable, fiber and DSL modems.

Advantages

Archer MR500 combines 4G+ Carrier Aggregation with 802.11ac dual-band Wi‑Fi to offer up to 300 Mbps on 4G+ downloads and AC1200 wireless performance (up to 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and up to 867 Mbps on 5 GHz). Beamforming, a power amplifier and low-noise amplifier enhance signal range and stability. MU‑MIMO increases throughput when multiple devices are connected, and OneMesh support enables seamless roaming with compatible TP‑Link devices. The router includes four Gigabit LAN ports and a WAN port for fast wired connections and flexible deployment options.

Suitable for

• Home internet access via Nano SIM (4G/4G+)
• Streaming HD video and media on multiple devices
• Online gaming with reduced lag on 5 GHz band
• Wired connections for smart TVs, game consoles and NAS
• Expanding a OneMesh whole‑home network

How to use

Insert a Nano SIM card into the SIM slot to enable mobile broadband, or connect a modem to the WAN port for wired internet. Power on the router and follow the web setup wizard or use the TP‑Link Tether app (Android/iOS) to configure SSID names, passwords and connection mode. Place the MR500 centrally for best Wi‑Fi coverage and connect wired devices to the Gigabit LAN ports as needed. Use the 5 GHz band for high‑bandwidth activities and the 2.4 GHz band for broader range and legacy devices.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, position the router away from large metal objects and interference sources, ensure the latest firmware is installed, and enable OneMesh when extending coverage with compatible TP‑Link devices. Choose the 5 GHz band for HD streaming and gaming; use the 2.4 GHz band for general browsing and devices farther from the router.
