DimasTech διακόπτης/μπουτόν βανδαλισμού 22mm Blackline Dot RGB PD219

The DimasTech Vandalism Switch/Button 22mm Blackline Dot RGB PD219 is a 22 mm metal push-button designed for flush or panel mounting. It features a solid metal actuator and integrated RGB illumination that provides multicolor visual feedback for status indication. The construction is intended to resist vandalism and heavy use, making it appropriate for installations where durability and clear user feedback are required.

Advantages

The actuator is made of robust metal with a vandal-resistant profile that reduces the risk of damage from impact or tampering. Multicolor RGB backlighting allows flexible visual signaling through adjustable colors and brightness levels. The compact 22 mm diameter enables installation in standard control panels or kiosks while preserving a low-profile appearance. The switch is compatible with common panel-mounting methods for secure and reliable fixation.

Suitable for

• Access control panels and door entry systems
• Industrial control panels and machinery interfaces
• Public kiosks, ticketing machines and payment terminals
• Outdoor or indoor installations requiring vandal-resistant user input

Key specifications

• Actuator diameter: 22 mm
• Actuator material: metal (vandal-resistant design)
• Illumination: integrated RGB LED for multicolor indication
• Mounting: flush or panel mounting suitable for standard 22 mm cutouts
• Typical applications: access control, industrial panels, kiosks, public installations

How to use

Install the switch into a 22 mm panel cutout and secure it according to the panel mounting method used in your equipment. Connect the LED leads and switch contacts to the control circuitry, observing correct polarity and voltage for the RGB illumination and the switching contacts. Use the RGB backlight to indicate states such as ready, active, error or standby by assigning distinct colors in the control logic. Verify mechanical retention and electrical connections before commissioning.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term operation, mount the switch in a clean, properly sealed panel opening and protect connections from moisture and debris. Use appropriate current-limiting resistors or driver circuits for the RGB LEDs per the system voltage. Periodically inspect mounting and electrical terminations in high-traffic or harsh environments to ensure continued functionality.
