Αντιβανδαλικός διακόπτης πίεσης DimasTech PD197 25 mm Silverline-ring

DimasTech PD197 is a vandal-resistant push button switch with a 25 mm actuator and a Silverline decorative ring. Designed for public and industrial environments, this switch provides reliable manual input where mechanical durability and tamper resistance are required. The compact diameter fits standard 25 mm mounting holes and the metal ring helps protect the actuator from impact and unauthorised manipulation while maintaining a low-profile appearance suitable for door entry systems, access control panels and intercom stations.

Advantages

The push button features a vandal-resistant construction that reduces the risk of damage under repeated use and external abuse. The 25 mm actuator size ensures compatibility with common panel cutouts, and the Silverline ring offers both corrosion resistance and a professional finish. The design focuses on robust mechanical performance and straightforward installation, delivering consistent tactile feedback and long-term operation in challenging environments.

Suitable for

• Door entry systems and access control panels
• Intercom stations and visitor call points
• Public kiosks and information terminals
• Industrial control panels and machinery operator interfaces

Key specifications

• Actuator diameter: 25 mm
• Construction: vandal-resistant metal ring with durable actuator
• Finish: Silverline decorative ring with corrosion-resistant surface
• Mounting: panel-mount, fits standard 25 mm cutouts
• Operation: mechanical momentary push action suitable for manual switching
• Environmental use: designed for public and industrial indoor or sheltered outdoor installations

How to use

Prepare a 25 mm panel cutout at the intended mounting location and insert the switch from the front side. Secure the unit according to the panel-mount method specified by the installer, ensuring the ring and actuator are flush with the panel surface. Connect the switch contacts to the control circuit using the appropriate wiring and terminals, observing correct polarity and any safety isolation requirements. Test the button operation to confirm consistent tactile response and reliable contact switching before placing the equipment into regular service.

Recommendations

For extended service life, avoid direct high-pressure water jets and aggressive chemical cleaners on the Silverline surface. Periodically inspect the mounting and wiring for security and corrosion, and replace the switch if mechanical integrity or contact performance degrades after impact or excessive wear.
