DELTA SPT-POE/4G-POE-OUTDOOR-E Διακόπτης επέκτασης PoE εξωτερικού χώρου 5 θυρών

On a construction site or a remote outdoor installation, network equipment must withstand harsh weather while delivering reliable power and data. The DELTA SPT-POE/4G-POE-OUTDOOR-E is a 5-port outdoor PoE extender switch built for exactly these conditions. With an IP65-rated enclosure, it shrugs off rain, dust, and extreme temperatures from -30°C to +60°C, making it a solid choice for surveillance cameras, wireless access points, and other PoE devices in exposed locations.

Key specifications

• 5 Fast Ethernet ports: 4 PoE output ports (10/100 Mbps) + 1 PoE input uplink port (10/100 Mbps)
• PoE input: IEEE 802.3af/at on uplink port; PoE output: IEEE 802.3af on 4 ports
• Total PoE power budget up to 60W, max 15.4W per port
• Extend mode supports data transmission up to 250 meters at 10 Mbps
• IP65 weatherproof housing with surge protection
• Wall or pole mountable, operating temperature -30°C to +60°C

Why choose it

This switch eliminates the need for local power outlets at each device. It receives power and data over a single Ethernet cable from an upstream PoE switch or injector, then distributes both to four connected devices. The extend mode overcomes the 100-meter Ethernet limit, giving you flexibility in large outdoor areas. Its rugged metal case and surge protection ensure long-term reliability even in challenging environments.

Ideal use cases

• Outdoor IP camera surveillance systems
• Wireless access points in parks, campuses, or industrial sites
• Remote IoT sensors and gateways
• Temporary outdoor events requiring network connectivity

Good to know

The switch is powered solely by PoE on the uplink port, so no separate power adapter is needed. Ensure your upstream PoE source (802.3af/at) can supply sufficient power for the switch and all connected devices. LED indicators show power, link/activity, and PoE status for easy troubleshooting. Mounting hardware is included for wall or pole installation.
