DeLOCK Ενεργό οπτικό καλώδιο USB-C Video + Δεδομένα + PD 8 m μαύρο

The DeLOCK Active Optical USB-C Video + Data + PD Cable is an 8 m USB Type-C to USB Type-C cable designed to connect a USB-C device to a PC or laptop with a free USB-C port. As an active optical cable it uses optical fiber to transmit high-speed signals, offering a thinner, lighter and more flexible alternative to traditional copper cables and enabling reliable transmission over longer distances without signal degradation.

Advantages

The cable supports DisplayPort 1.4 (2 lanes) for video output up to 4K Ultra HD at 3840 x 2160 @ 144 Hz when used with a USB-C monitor and a host that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. It provides USB 3.2 Gen 2 data transfer rates up to 10 Gbps while remaining backward compatible with USB 2.0 devices. The cable also supports USB Power Delivery up to 60 W (20 V / 3 A) to power or charge connected devices. With USB Type-C connectors on both ends and an 8 m length, it is suitable for long-distance connections where signal integrity is required.

Suitable for

• Connecting a USB-C monitor to a computer with DisplayPort Alternate Mode
• High-speed data transfer between USB-C devices compatible with USB 3.2 Gen 2
• Powering or charging USB-C devices up to 60 W using USB Power Delivery
• Long-distance USB-C video/data links where reduced signal loss is needed

Key specifications

• Connectors: USB Type-C to USB Type-C
• Cable length: 8 m
• Video: DisplayPort 1.4 with 2 lanes, up to 4K UHD (3840 x 2160 @ 144 Hz) via DP Alt Mode
• Data: USB 3.2 Gen 2, up to 10 Gbps (backward compatible with USB 2.0)
• Power Delivery: up to 60 W (20 V / 3 A)
• Type: Active Optical Cable (optical fiber)
• Colour: Black

How to use

Connect one USB Type-C connector to the host device (PC or laptop) and the other USB Type-C connector to the monitor or peripheral. Ensure the host supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode if you require video output. For data transfer and power delivery, use devices that support the corresponding USB specifications. No additional drivers are typically required; the cable functions as a passive connection for power and as an active optical link for video and data when both endpoints are compatible.

Recommendations

Use this cable only with devices that support DisplayPort (DP Alt Mode); it is not compatible with Thunderbolt devices. Avoid sharp bends and excessive twisting to preserve the integrity of the optical fiber. For maximum video and data performance, confirm both connected devices support the stated standards (DisplayPort Alt Mode, USB 3.2 Gen 2, USB PD).
