Dahua SG1005LP 5-Port Gigabit PoE+ Switch, 4 θύρες PoE, 35W Budget, Desktop

Expanding a network with multiple PoE devices often means juggling separate power injectors and adapters. The Dahua SG1005LP solves this by combining data and power delivery over a single cable. This unmanaged desktop switch offers five Gigabit Ethernet ports, four of which support Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+), delivering up to 30W per port and a total budget of 35W. It is ideal for connecting IP cameras, VoIP phones, and wireless access points in small offices or home setups without the clutter of extra power supplies.

Who is it for

The SG1005LP is perfect for small business owners, home users, and surveillance installers who need a simple, reliable way to power and connect PoE-enabled devices. No configuration is required—just plug in your devices and they are ready to work. Its compact, fanless design ensures silent operation, making it suitable for quiet environments like offices or meeting rooms.

Tips

To maximize the PoE budget, connect devices that require higher power (up to 30W) to ports 1-4 and use the fifth port for uplink to your router or another switch. Ensure the total power draw of connected PoE devices does not exceed 35W. For best performance, use Cat5e or higher Ethernet cables.
