Manual pasta machine Marcato Atlas 180 Slide is a durable, stainless-steel pasta roller with a chrome finish designed to produce even pasta sheets. The device includes a 10-position adjustment knob for selecting sheet thickness and a hand crank for manual operation. Rollers are made of anodised aluminium alloy and scrapers of polymeric resin; the machine is supplied with a clamp and rubber screwed feet to ensure stability during use.

The Marcato Atlas 180 Slide offers precise thickness control with a clear 10-position dial, sturdy construction for stable operation, and food-grade materials that minimise the risk of metal contamination. Its easy-to-grip crank simplifies dough processing and the included clamp and rubber feet secure the machine to the work surface for consistent results.

Suitable for

• Preparing fresh pasta sheets (lasagne, fettuccine, tagliolini)
• Shaping confectionery paste and sugar paste for cake decoration
• Rolling soft and malleable doughs for flatbreads (pita, naan), breadsticks and dumplings
