Πομποδέκτης SFP CBO SFP-SX-D-BO 1000 Mbit/s 850 nm πολύτροπο

CBO SFP-SX-D-BO is a 1 Gbit/s SFP transceiver designed for multimode fiber links using an 850 nm wavelength. The module provides a compact, hot-pluggable interface for network switches, routers and media converters, enabling short-range optical connections for gigabit Ethernet. It is suitable for upgrading or replacing existing SFP ports to support reliable short-distance fiber links in data centers, campus networks and enterprise cabling environments.

Advantages

The transceiver delivers 1 Gbit/s throughput over multimode fiber with an 850 nm light source, ensuring compatibility with standard short-range multimode Ethernet deployments. Its hot-pluggable SFP form factor allows for quick installation and replacement without powering down equipment. The module’s compact size and standard connector interface simplify integration into switches, routers and converters while reducing downtime and maintenance effort.

Key specifications

How to use

Insert the SFP module into a compatible SFP slot on a switch, router or media converter until it clicks into place. Connect multimode fiber patch cords to the module’s optical interface following proper fiber handling practices to avoid contamination. Configure the network device as required for a gigabit Ethernet port and verify link status through device LEDs or management interfaces. Replace or remove the module by releasing the latch mechanism and pulling the transceiver out while the host supports hot-swapping.

Recommendations

Handle the transceiver and fiber connectors with care to prevent dust and scratches. Use proper dust caps when the module is not connected, and clean connectors before mating. Verify multimode fiber type and link distance compatibility with network equipment specifications. For stable operation, observe ambient temperature and electromagnetic environment requirements specified by the host device.
