Μονάδα SFP οπτικών ινών CBO 0231A563-BO, 1000 Mbit/s, βύσμα αρσενικό LC

CBO 0231A563-BO is a BlueOptics fiber optic SFP module that supports a 1000 Mbit/s (Gigabit Ethernet) data rate and uses an LC duplex connector. The module provides a compact, hot-pluggable interface for switches, routers and compatible transceivers, enabling fiber link deployment to extend network segments and interconnect equipment across distances where copper cabling is impractical.

Advantages

The SFP module offers a standardized Gigabit Ethernet interface in a small form factor with hot-swap capability, allowing fast replacement or upgrades without shutting down equipment. Its LC connector design ensures reliable duplex fiber connections and broad compatibility with common network devices. Designed for fiber links, the module reduces electromagnetic interference and supports longer transmission distances compared with copper-based interfaces.

Suitable for

• Connecting switches and routers over fiber in local and campus networks
• Extending network segments between equipment racks or buildings
• Replacing or upgrading existing SFP ports to support 1 Gbit/s fiber links
• Integration into transceivers and media converters that accept standard SFP modules

Key specifications

• Data rate: 1000 Mbit/s (1 Gbit/s)
• Connector type: LC duplex
• Form factor: SFP (small form-factor pluggable), hot-pluggable
• Medium: optical fiber
• Compatible with standard Gigabit Ethernet SFP interfaces on switches and routers

How to use

Insert the module into a compatible SFP port on a powered device until it clicks into place, then secure the transceiver according to the device manufacturer’s instructions. Connect LC duplex fiber patch cables to the module, observing correct Tx/Rx orientation. Configure the connected network interface on your switch or router as required for link speed and duplex settings; most devices will negotiate 1 Gbit/s automatically. When replacing or removing the module, follow proper hot-swap procedures and handle the optical ports with dust caps to prevent contamination.

Recommendations

Use clean LC connectors and fiber patch cords rated for the intended distance and fiber type. Verify device compatibility lists when integrating into specific switches or routers. Store and transport the module in antistatic packaging and keep protective dust caps on unused ports to maintain optical performance.
