Καλώδιο SFP+ Direct Attach CBO AA1403020-E6-BL 5 m, Αρσενικό-σε-Αρσενικό, 10 Gbit/s

CBO SFP+ Direct Attach Cable AA1403020-E6-BL is a 5 m passive male-to-male copper assembly designed for short-reach 10 Gbit/s interconnects. The cable connects SFP+ ports in switches, servers and storage systems to provide a low-latency, compact link for high-speed Ethernet and SAN environments. Its fixed length and robust SFP+ connectors simplify rack-to-rack and device-to-device wiring where a reliable 10 Gbit/s direct attach solution is required.

Advantages

The passive SFP+ DAC offers low power consumption and minimal latency compared with active optical alternatives, and its integrated SFP+ plugs ensure mechanical compatibility with standard SFP+ ports. A 5 metre length provides flexibility for typical rack layouts without the need for separate transceivers or fiber patching. The cable is factory-terminated to reduce installation time and to maintain consistent electrical performance for 10 Gbit/s links.

Suitable for

• Direct 10 Gbit/s connections between switches in the same or adjacent racks
• Server-to-switch or storage-to-switch links in data centers
• Top-of-rack and end-of-row short-reach networking
• High-density cabling scenarios where space and heat are constrained

Key specifications

• Interface: SFP+ male-to-male copper direct attach
• Rated data rate: 10 Gbit/s
• Length: 5 m
• Cable type: passive twinax copper
• Typical use: short-reach interconnects for Ethernet and SAN
• Connector form factor: SFP+ (hot-pluggable compatible)

How to use

Install the cable by gently inserting each SFP+ plug into the corresponding SFP+ port on your devices until the latch engages. Ensure both devices support SFP+ passive direct attach connections and that ports are rated for 10 Gbit/s operation. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical strain, and secure it within the rack to prevent accidental disconnection. No separate transceivers or fiber patch cords are required.

Recommendations

Verify device compatibility with passive SFP+ DACs before deployment. For best signal integrity, maintain bend radii recommended by the manufacturer and avoid excessive tension. Use the 5 m passive DAC for short-reach links inside racks or between adjacent racks; consider active cables or fiber transceivers for longer distances or when optical isolation is needed.
