Καλώδιο InfiniBand CBO AFBR-2CAR01Z-BO 1 m SFP+ πορτοκαλί

Shielded InfiniBand cable CBO AFBR-2CAR01Z-BO 1 m SFP+ orange by BlueOptics is a short, high-performance link designed for low-latency network and storage interconnects. The 1 metre length with SFP+ compatible connectors supports high data rates typical for InfiniBand deployments while the orange jacket simplifies port identification and cable management in dense rack environments.

Advantages

The cable provides a shielded connection that reduces electromagnetic interference and maintains signal integrity over short links. Its SFP+ compatible terminations ensure straightforward integration with SFP+ ports on switches, host bus adapters (HBAs) and storage nodes. The bright orange colour improves visual tracing and helps prevent misrouting during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Direct connections between InfiniBand switches and storage nodes
• Short interconnects from servers to HBAs in data centre racks
• High-speed links in clustered computing and storage environments
• Cable management and port identification in dense networking setups

Key specifications

• Cable type: shielded InfiniBand / SFP+ compatible
• Length: 1 metre
• Connector compatibility: SFP+ form-factor compatible
• Colour: orange for easy identification
• Application: short-range, high-speed data links for networking and storage

How to use

Insert the SFP+ compatible connector into the corresponding SFP+ port on the switch, HBA or storage node until it latches securely. Route the 1 m cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain gentle bend radii consistent with fibre handling best practices. For optimal signal performance, ensure connectors and ports are clean before mating and avoid excessive twisting during installation.

Recommendations

The cable is intended for short patching and direct-attach applications inside racks and equipment cabinets; avoid outdoor exposure and prolonged flexing. For reliable long-term performance, periodically inspect connector ends for contamination and replace the cable if physical damage to the jacket or connectors is observed.
