Belden 10GX Category 6A Enhanced U/FTP LSOH καλώδιο, 500m, μωβ

Network engineers deploying high-speed backbone links in enterprise data centers rely on the Belden 10GX Category 6A Enhanced cable to maintain signal integrity over long runs. This 500-meter reel of violet U/FTP cable delivers 10 Gigabit Ethernet performance with a 500 MHz bandwidth, ensuring reliable connectivity for demanding applications.

Key specifications

• Category 6A (Cat6A) performance, supporting 10GBASE-T up to 100 meters
• U/FTP shielding: each pair individually foiled, overall unshielded for excellent alien crosstalk resistance
• LSOH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket for enhanced fire safety in populated areas
• Solid bare copper conductors, 23 AWG, 4 pairs
• 500-meter length on reel-in-box packaging
• Violet jacket colour for easy identification
• 100 Ohm impedance, compliant with ISO/IEC 11801, EN 50173, and TIA/EIA-568-C.2
• Supports PoE, PoE+, and UPoE for power delivery to end devices
• CPR rating: Eca

Why choose it

The Belden 10GX cable is engineered for high-density installations where performance and safety are critical. The U/FTP construction minimizes alien crosstalk, enabling full 10G speeds even in bundles. The LSOH jacket emits low smoke and no halogen gases in case of fire, making it suitable for offices, schools, and hospitals. With a generous 500-meter length, it reduces the need for splicing and ensures consistent quality throughout the run.

Ideal use cases

• Horizontal cabling in enterprise networks
• Data center interconnects and server-to-switch links
• High-speed backbone connections in commercial buildings
• Installations requiring CPR Eca compliance
• PoE-powered device connectivity (IP cameras, access points, etc.)

Good to know

This cable is supplied on a reel-in-box for easy pulling and reduced tangling. The violet colour is often used to distinguish Cat6A from other categories. Ensure proper termination with Cat6A-compatible connectors to achieve full 10G performance. The cable meets stringent flame retardancy standards (IEC 60332-1, IEC 61034-2, IEC 60754-1/2) for added safety.
