AV-πομπός Lindy 5 Port Seamless Presentation Switch HDBaseT Extender 3840 x 2160 Pixel

The Lindy 5 Port Seamless Presentation Switch HDBaseT Transmitter is an AV transmitter designed to extend high-quality audio‑visual signals over long distances using Cat.6 network cable. The unit accepts multiple inputs (3× HDMI, 1× DisplayPort, 1× USB‑C supporting Alternate Mode) and provides local outputs (1× HDMI and 1× HDBaseT) while also offering mirrored output and de‑embedded 3.5 mm stereo audio. It supports Power over Cable (PoC) to power a compatible HDBaseT receiver over the same Cat.6 link and can interoperate with other HDBaseT receivers that support up to 4K30.

Advantages

The transmitter supports up to 3840×2160@60Hz (4:4:4 8bit or 4:2:2 12bit) at shorter distances and 1920×1080@60Hz over greater distances when used with a compatible Lindy HDBaseT receiver and quality Cat.6 U/UTP or F/UTP cable. Seamless switching between five sources is available from the front‑panel buttons, with long‑press functions for multiview options. Advanced settings such as auto‑switch mode, EDID management, resolution selection, PIP size and RS‑232 control are supported for integration into professional presentation, meeting and event environments.

How to use

Connect your source devices to the available HDMI, DisplayPort or USB‑C inputs (ensure USB‑C source supports Alternate Mode). Link the transmitter to an HDBaseT receiver using high quality Cat.6 U/UTP or F/UTP cable; when used with a compatible Lindy receiver and cable, select the desired resolution based on the distance (for example up to 70 m for 1920×1080@60Hz or shorter runs for 4K60). Use the front‑panel buttons to switch sources seamlessly or hold a button to enable multiview options. Configure advanced settings such as EDID, auto‑switch and PIP via RS‑232 commands if required.

Recommendations

For reliable 4K performance and the specified distance/resolution combinations, use high quality Cat.6 U/UTP or F/UTP cable and pair the transmitter with a compatible HDBaseT receiver (for example Lindy receiver model 38214). If PoC is used, ensure the receiver supports PoC to allow a single power supply. Confirm USB‑C sources support Alternate Mode before connecting.
