Ασύρματος router TELTONIKA RUTM16 4G/LTE Dualband-WLAN με eSIM και GLOBAL Telit modem

TELTONIKA RUTM16 is a compact wireless router combining 4G/LTE cellular connectivity with a GLOBAL Telit modem, dual-band Wi‑Fi and built‑in eSIM support. The device provides mobile broadband access and stable wireless networking where fixed-line internet may be unavailable or as a backup connection. Its integrated eSIM and multi-SIM management simplify operator switching and remote provisioning, while dual-band Wi‑Fi enables both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz client connections for flexible coverage and throughput.

Advantages

The RUTM16 delivers continuous internet access through cellular networks with automatic failover and flexible SIM management, including an embedded eSIM. Dual‑band Wi‑Fi supports a mix of legacy and high‑speed devices. The GLOBAL Telit modem ensures certified cellular performance and compatibility with multiple carriers. Compact form factor, standard Ethernet connectivity and straightforward configuration options make the router suitable for installations in homes, small offices and temporary sites.

Suitable for

• Primary or backup internet access in homes and small offices
• Temporary sites, pop‑up locations and events requiring quick connectivity
• Remote monitoring and IoT gateway applications where cellular access is needed
• Environments requiring easy operator switching and remote SIM provisioning

Key specifications

• Cellular connectivity: 4G/LTE modem (GLOBAL Telit modem) supporting standard LTE bands
• SIM options: built‑in eSIM plus physical SIM slot(s) for flexible operator choice
• Wi‑Fi: dual‑band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wireless access point for multiple client devices
• Ethernet: one or more RJ‑45 ports for wired LAN/WAN connections
• Security: standard Wi‑Fi security protocols and router firewall features for network protection
• Management: web UI and remote management support for configuration and monitoring
• Form factor: compact desktop unit suitable for indoor installations

How to use

Install the router in a location with adequate cellular signal and connect it to power and any required Ethernet devices. Use the web-based interface to perform initial setup: select the cellular operator or provision the embedded eSIM, configure Wi‑Fi SSIDs and passwords for 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands, and set WAN/LAN roles for Ethernet ports as needed. Enable automatic failover so the router switches to cellular when wired internet is unavailable, and configure firewall and NAT settings according to the local network layout.

Recommendations

Place the router near a window or elevated position to improve cellular reception; use the 5 GHz band for high‑throughput devices and 2.4 GHz for wider coverage. Keep firmware updated and secure the admin interface with a strong password and, where available, two‑factor authentication. For critical applications, configure data usage limits and alerts to avoid unexpected cellular charges.
