Αγκύριο εκτόνωσης Fischer DUOPOWER 10 x 80 S LD

The Fischer DUOPOWER 10 x 80 S LD is a versatile expansion anchor engineered for secure fixings in concrete and other common building materials. Combining two components made of high-quality nylon, the anchor adapts automatically to the substrate by expansion, folding or knotting to deliver reliable hold. The red expansion wings support secure spreading while the grey component activates the optimum function for the best performance. The preshaped edge on the plug head prevents the anchor from slipping into the drill hole, and the supplied screws are matched to the DUOPOWER anchor for correct installation.

Advantages

The two-component design provides improved hold values across different substrates by automatically engaging the appropriate anchoring mechanism (expansion, folding or knotting). The red expansion wings increase expansion security and work together with the grey nylon body to stabilise the fixation. The preshaped head reduces the risk of plug sinking during insertion, and the anchor allows easy screwing with a clearly defined tightening action that prevents over-tightening.

Suitable for

• Concrete and solid masonry
• Hollow or mixed building materials where combined expansion action is needed
• Installations requiring reliable medium-duty fixings (e.g., fixtures, brackets, rails)

Key specifications

• Brand: FISCHER
• Model: DUOPOWER 10 x 80 S LD
• MPN: 538257
• EAN: 4048962262247
• Anchor diameter: 10 mm (drill hole Ø 10 mm)
• Length: 80 mm
• Material: High-quality nylon (two-component plug)
• Packaging: Box
• Intended use: concrete and various building materials

How to use

Drill a hole with 10 mm diameter to the required depth, remove dust from the hole, insert the DUOPOWER anchor until the preshaped head rests on the surface, then insert and tighten the supplied screw. Tighten until the anchor engages and the fixing is secure; the plug is designed to indicate correct tightening and to reduce the risk of over-tightening.

Recommendations

Use appropriate drill bits for concrete, clean the drilled hole thoroughly before insertion, and select screw length compatible with the 80 mm anchor length and the thickness of the fixture. For safety-critical or load-bearing applications, follow local building rules and Fischer technical data sheets for load values and installation distances.
