Άγκιστρο Fischer Hammerfix N 6 x 60/30 S

The Fischer Hammerfix N 6 x 60/30 S combines a high-quality nylon plug with a zinc-plated nail screw, pre-assembled for fast hammerset installation. Designed for through-type installation, the anchor is driven through the fixture into the drill hole; when the nail screw is driven in, the sleeve expands and secures the fastening in the base material. The Hammerfix N 6 x 60/30 S with countersunk head is intended for fixing timber constructions in internal areas and is compatible with common building substrates.

Advantages

Fast hammerset assembly speeds up series installations and reduces labour time. An integrated hammer-in stop prevents premature spreading of the anchor sleeve for reliable setting. The nail screw has a Pozidriv cross recess allowing subsequent dismantling if required. The countersunk head provides a flush finish when fixing timber components.

Suitable for

• Fixing timber constructions to concrete
• Securing wooden battens and frames in masonry
• Interior wood-to-masonry connections
• Series installations where fast setting is required

How to use

Drill a hole with a 6 mm drill bit to the required depth, clean the hole from dust, and insert the pre-assembled Hammerfix through the timber component into the hole. Set the anchor by driving the nail screw with a hammer until the integrated hammer-in stop engages and the sleeve expands in the substrate. For removal, the nail screw can be unscrewed using a Pozidriv screwdriver.

Recommendations

Use appropriate drill speed and dust extraction for masonry or concrete. Verify substrate suitability and required embedment depth before installation. For structural or safety-critical applications, follow local building regulations and guidance from the manufacturer.
