ACT Ροζ 2 μέτρα LSZH U/UTP CAT6 Datacenter Slimline Patchkabel rastnasenfrei με βύσματα RJ45

Patch Cable ACT Pink 2m LSZH U/UTP CAT6 Snagless RJ45 is a slimline CAT6 patch cord with a 2 m length, LSZH jacket and snagless RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts. The cable uses U/UTP construction (unshielded pair, overall unshielded) in a reduced 3.8 mm diameter to improve cable management and airflow inside server racks and network cabinets while maintaining CAT6 performance for typical data and PoE connections.

Advantages

The slim 3.8 mm diameter reduces required bend radius and allows denser routing compared with standard 5.9 mm CAT6 cords, improving airflow in racks. Gold-plated RJ45 contacts provide reliable connectivity and corrosion resistance. The LSZH outer jacket lowers smoke and toxic emission in case of fire. While the cable uses 28 AWG conductors, which produce higher attenuation at higher frequencies than 22–26 AWG alternatives, it remains suitable for standard CAT6 patching and short-run datacenter links.

How to use

Route the 2 m ACT Pink CAT6 patch cable between network devices or patch panels, ensuring gentle bends that respect the cable's reduced bend radius. Insert RJ45 plugs fully into compatible ports until the latch clicks. For best signal performance, avoid unnecessary cable length and keep runs within standard patch cord distances. Use the snagless boots to protect the RJ45 clip during installation and removal.

Recommendations

For Power over Ethernet (PoE) applications, ACT advises keeping bundle sizes to a maximum of 24 cables to limit temperature rise; ANSI TSB-184-A specifies that the center cable temperature increase should remain under 15 °C above ambient. Consider shorter runs and proper ventilation in high-density racks to mitigate attenuation and thermal effects associated with 28 AWG slimline cables.
