ACT Μπλε Καλώδιο patch U/UTP CAT6 7 μέτρων με συνδέσεις RJ45

The ACT Blue 7 meter U/UTP CAT6 patch cable with RJ45 connectors is a network patch lead designed for wired Ethernet connections in home and office environments. The cable supports 10/100/1000Base-T(X) cabling technology and features RJ45 connectors with gold-plated contacts that improve contact reliability and reduce oxidation. The U/UTP construction provides an unshielded pair cable with an overall braid or drain not present around each pair, offering a balance between flexibility and reduced external interference. Its 7 m length and blue jacket make routing and identification straightforward in structured cabling setups.

Advantages

This CAT6 patch cable offers data transmission at gigabit Ethernet speeds suitable for most modern network applications. Gold-plated RJ45 connectors contribute to durable, low-resistance connections and reliable signal transfer. The U/UTP cable design keeps the cable flexible for deployment in patch panels, wall outlets, and between network devices while providing some immunity to external noise compared with basic untwisted cables. The 7 m length covers medium-distance connections without the need for additional couplers.

Suitable for

• Connecting desktop computers, laptops, printers and networked peripherals to routers, switches or patch panels
• Home networking where a visible, color-coded cable run is preferred
• Office workstations and small server rooms requiring gigabit Ethernet links
• Temporary setups for events or meetings where a medium-length cable is needed

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT6
• Cabling technology: 10/100/1000Base-T(X)
• Cable length: 7 m
• Connector type: RJ45 to RJ45
• Contact plating: gold-plated contacts
• Colour: blue
• Cable construction: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pairs with overall jacket)

How to use

Insert each RJ45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port until the locking tab clicks into place. Ensure both ends are fully seated on the network device and the switch or router detects the link. For best performance, avoid sharp bends, kinks or tight bundling with power cables. When routing through cable management or patch panels, label each end if needed to simplify identification. To disconnect, press the locking tab and pull the connector straight out to avoid damaging the plug.

Recommendations

For reliable gigabit performance, keep cable runs within recommended lengths and avoid running the U/UTP cable in parallel with high-voltage power lines. Use the blue colour to mark specific circuits or zones in structured cabling. If electromagnetic interference is a concern in the installation area, consider using shielded cable variants and compatible connectors.
