ACT Μωβ 1,5 μέτρα U/UTP CAT5E Καλώδιο patch με βύσματα RJ45

The ACT Purple 1.5m U/UTP CAT5E patch cable with RJ45 connectors is a 1.5 metre network cable designed for standard Ethernet installations. It features AWG#24 conductors, PVC sheath and supports a bandwidth of 100 MHz. The cable’s purple RAL 4005 colour and gold-plated RJ45 contacts provide clear identification and reliable connectivity for home and office networks.

Advantages

This U/UTP CAT5E cable provides up to 100 MHz bandwidth for typical Fast Ethernet and many Gigabit-capable installations when used within standard specifications. AWG#24 conductors and gold-plated RJ45 connectors ensure consistent signal transfer and reduced contact corrosion. The PVC sheath offers mechanical protection and flexibility while the distinct purple (RAL 4005) colour helps with cable management and visual identification.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches and routers in home or small office networks
• Patching between wall outlets and network equipment
• Structured cabling where CAT5E U/UTP specification is acceptable

Key specifications

• Standard: U/UTP CAT5E
• Length: 1.5 m
• Bandwidth: 100 MHz
• Conductors: AWG#24
• Sheath material: PVC
• Connector: RJ45 with gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Purple (RAL 4005)

How to use

Plug one RJ45 connector into your network device (PC, switch or router) and the other connector into the target device or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully seated and locked. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and mechanical stress; maintain standard cable management practices to minimise interference and physical wear.

Recommendations

For best performance, use this CAT5E patch cable for Fast Ethernet (100BASE-TX) and typical Gigabit applications in short runs within a patching environment. Do not expose the cable to prolonged UV light or temperatures outside the manufacturer’s recommended range; avoid heavy crushing or repeated tight bending to preserve signal integrity.
