ACT Keystone Jack RJ45 CAT6 θωρακισμένο χωρίς εργαλεία με Shutter ασημί-λευκό

The ACT Keystone Jack RJ45 CAT6 Shielded toolless with shutter (model TD6025) is a compact, shielded keystone jack designed for quick, tool-free termination of Ethernet cables. It accepts solid or stranded cables with outer diameters from 5.0 to 8.5 mm and 23–26 AWG conductors, provides a white dust cover/shutter to protect the 50 µin gold-plated contacts, and supports PoE++ up to 100 W (Type 4). The package includes a zip-tie for strain relief and is suitable for use in high-density patch panels, standard patch panels, and wall outlets.

Advantages

This shielded CAT6 keystone jack offers toolless LSA termination with colour-coded T568A and T568B wiring schemes for straightforward assembly and reliable contact alignment. Gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion and ensure consistent connectivity. The integrated white shutter protects the connector from dust when not in use, and the included zip-tie provides a simple strain-relief option. The shielding and support for PoE++ 100 W make the jack suitable for installations requiring higher power delivery and improved EMI protection.

How to use

Prepare the cable by stripping the outer jacket to expose the individual conductors while keeping the conductor twist as required for Cat6 performance. Insert the wires into the corresponding colour-coded slots following either the T568A or T568B scheme, then press down to terminate using the built-in LSA toolless mechanism. Ensure the shield (if present) is properly connected to the jack body. Snap the keystone into the patch panel or wall outlet opening until it locks. Use the supplied zip-tie around the cable and jack for strain relief.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, maintain proper cable pair twist up to the termination point, avoid excessive untwisting, and follow TIA/EIA installation standards. Use shielded patch panels and ensure correct grounding of the shielded system when deploying shielded keystone jacks and PoE++ applications.
