ACT Keystone Jack RJ45 CAT6 αθωράκιστο χωρίς εργαλεία με Shutter, μαύρο

The ACT TD6024 Unshielded Keystone Jack RJ45 CAT6 is a toolless network connector designed for quick installation in patch panels and wall outlets. It accepts solid or stranded cables with an outer diameter of 5.5–9 mm and conductors sized 23–26 AWG. The keystone jack includes a white dust shutter that protects the 50 µin gold-plated contacts and an enclosed zip-tie for strain relief. It supports PoE++ up to 100 W (Type 4) and is suitable for high-density installations as well as standard patch panels.

Advantages

The keystone jack enables LSA tool-free termination with colour-coded T568A and T568B wiring schemes for straightforward assembly. Gold-plated contacts reduce corrosion risk while the dust shutter keeps contacts clean during installation. Support for PoE++ 100 W extends power delivery options for network devices, and the compact toolless design saves time in high-density environments.

How to use

Insert the cable into the keystone jack following the colour-coded T568A or T568B markings, then press down to terminate the conductors using the LSA-style toolless mechanism. Ensure the outer jacket fits within the specified 5.5–9 mm diameter range and fasten the enclosed zip-tie for strain relief. Snap the keystone into a compatible patch panel or faceplate and close the white dust shutter to protect the contacts until the port is in use.

Recommendations

For best performance, use twisted-pair cables of appropriate AWG within the specified diameter range and verify wiring continuity after termination. When deploying PoE++ devices, confirm that connected switches and cabling meet power and thermal requirements.
