ACT Γκρι 0,25 μέτρα LSZH U/FTP CAT6A Datacenter Slimline Patch Καλώδιο snagless με βύσματα RJ45

The ACT Grey 0.25 meter LSZH U/FTP CAT6A patch cable is a slimline datacenter Ethernet cable designed for short high-speed connections. With a 0.25 m length and grey LSZH jacket, this U/FTP cable provides foil-paired shielding and RJ-45 connectors with gold plating for reliable contact. Its reduced 3.8 mm diameter and lower bending radius save space in cabinets and improve airflow compared with regular CAT6A patch cords.

Advantages

The slimline construction (3.8 mm) allows denser routing and better airflow in network cabinets. U/FTP shielding minimises external interference and supports stable high-frequency transmission. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors enhance contact reliability. The LSZH jacket limits hazardous smoke and corrosive gases in case of fire, making the cable suitable for indoor datacenter use.

Suitable for

• Short patch connections in data centers and server cabinets
• Tight or high-density rack installations where space and airflow matter
• Applications requiring reduced electromagnetic interference

Key specifications

• Type: U/FTP CAT6A slimline patch cable
• Length: 0.25 m
• Diameter: approx. 3.8 mm (slimline)
• Jacket: LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, gold-plated contacts
• Colour: Grey
• Brand / MPN: ACT / DC7052

How to use

Insert the RJ-45 connectors into the corresponding network ports on switches, patch panels or devices until the latch clicks. Use this 0.25 m cable for short links between adjacent ports or within the same rack. Avoid excessive twisting or tight bends beyond the cable's bending radius to maintain performance. For installation in permanent links, account for higher attenuation compared with 24 AWG cords and use this slimline cable for short patch lengths as intended.

Recommendations

The manufacturer recommends limiting permanent link length when using 32 AWG slimline patch cords to accommodate higher attenuation at higher frequencies. For PoE applications, limit bundle size to a maximum of 24 cables to prevent excessive temperature rise; ANSI TSB-184-A specifies the centre cable temperature increase should remain below 15°C above ambient.
