Protect glass windows and doors in residential or commercial premises with the ABUS FU7301B potential-free glass break detector. This wired sensor detects the characteristic sound of breaking glass and instantly triggers an alarm via its normally closed (NC) contact, making it compatible with virtually any alarm system that accepts potential-free inputs. The brown housing blends discreetly with window frames, and the included self-adhesive pad allows quick, tool-free mounting on any clean, flat glass surface.

Why choose it

The FU7301B offers reliable glass break detection without the need for batteries or external power, reducing maintenance and installation complexity. Its potential-free NC contact ensures seamless integration with existing wired alarm panels, while the adhesive mounting eliminates drilling and preserves window aesthetics. The brown colour is ideal for wooden or dark-framed windows, providing a discreet security solution.

Ideal use cases

• Residential homes with large glass windows or patio doors
• Retail storefronts and display cases
• Offices with glass partitions
• Museums and galleries protecting glass exhibits
• Any indoor area where glass break detection is required

Good to know

The sensor is designed for indoor use only and should be mounted directly on the glass surface for optimal detection. For larger panes, multiple sensors may be required. The included 2-meter cable allows flexible wiring to the alarm control panel. The IP30 rating means it is not suitable for damp or dusty environments.
