ACT Modular CAT5E RJ-45 Connector ACT AC4110 αρσενικό ασημί διαφανές 10 τεμ.

Use this Modular CAT5E RJ-45 connector to assemble your own UTP CAT5E patch cables. The ACT AC4110 is a male RJ45 connector with a transparent body and silver contacts, supplied in packs of 10. It is designed for use with round stranded UTP cables and intended for network patching and custom cable assemblies.

Advantages

The connector supports CAT5E specifications and is compatible with round stranded UTP cable construction. Transparent housing allows visual inspection of conductor alignment while silver-plated contacts ensure reliable signal transmission and corrosion resistance. The pack of 10 provides multiple terminations for small installation or repair tasks.

Suitable for

• Making custom UTP CAT5E patch cables
• Repairing damaged RJ45 cable ends
• Small office or home network installations
• Prototyping and lab cable assemblies

How to use

Strip the outer jacket of the UTP CAT5E cable to expose the four twisted pairs, untwist pairs as required and align the conductors to the desired wiring standard (T568A or T568B). Insert the wires fully into the transparent connector so each conductor reaches its contact. Use an appropriate crimping tool designed for RJ45 modular plugs to crimp the connector onto the cable firmly, then trim any excess conductor if necessary. Verify continuity and wiring polarity with a cable tester before deployment.

Recommendations

For best results, pair these connectors with cables specified for CAT5E performance and use a quality RJ45 crimp tool. Inspect conductor alignment through the transparent housing before crimping and test finished cables to ensure compliance with network requirements.
