Καλώδιο οπτικής ίνας Goobay LC-SC OM4 10 m ροζ

The Goobay LC-SC OM4 fibre optic cable (10 m, pink) is a multimode duplex cable with a 50/125 µm core designed for reliable high-speed data transmission in offices, industry and computer centres. It features an LC-duplex connector on one end and an SC-duplex connector on the other, each with protective dust covers. The cable sheath is halogen-free and flame-retardant, and every cable is supplied with a test protocol.

Advantages

The OM4 multimode fibre supports extended bandwidth and reduced attenuation for high data rates. The mixed LC–SC connector configuration enables compatibility with a wide range of network equipment. Halogen-free, flame-retardant sheath improves safety in enclosed spaces. Supplied test protocol verifies measured performance values.

Suitable for

• Data centres and server rooms
• Office and industrial network connections
• High-speed links in local area networks (LAN)
• Connecting switches, transceivers and fibre patch panels

Key specifications

• Length: 10 m
• Fibre type: Multimode OM4 (50/125 µm)
• Connector types: LC-duplex to SC-duplex (with dust covers)
• Cable sheath: Halogen-free, flame-retardant
• Test report: Included
• Maximum transmission ranges: 100 Mbit/s – 500 m; 1 Gbit/s – 1100 m; 10 Gbit/s – 550 m

How to use

Route the cable avoiding tight bends and mechanical stress. Remove dust covers from connectors only immediately before insertion. Insert the LC and SC connectors into the corresponding ports until they click or seat firmly. Secure and label both ends if used in structured cabling. Refer to equipment manuals for correct transceiver compatibility and link configuration.

Recommendations

For best performance, maintain the minimum bend radius recommended for OM4 multimode cable, keep connectors clean using proper fibre optic cleaning tools, and check the supplied test protocol to confirm the cable meets required link budgets before commissioning.
