Βύσμα οπτικών ινών ST αρσενικό/αρσενικό EFB Elektronik 53313.34

The EFB Elektronik 53313.34 ST Male/Male fibre optic connector is a precision component designed for reliable optical link joins in communication and industrial networks. Constructed to fit standard ST connector interfaces, this metal-bodied connector with a silver and yellow finish provides stable mechanical coupling and consistent optical alignment for multimode and singlemode patching where ST terminations are required.

Advantages

This ST Male/Male connector offers low insertion loss and consistent return loss characteristics due to its precise ferrule alignment. The robust metal housing enhances mechanical durability and shields the connection from light mechanical stress. Designed for straightforward field or equipment installation, it requires no specialized tooling beyond standard fibre handling practices and fits into existing ST-panel and device receptacles.

Suitable for

• Joining two ST-terminated fibre optic patch cords
• Temporary or permanent field repairs and fibre link extensions
• Laboratory and test-bench coupling of optical leads
• Industrial and telecom patch panels using ST interfaces

Key specifications

• Connector type: ST male to ST male
• Housing material: metal
• Finish/color: silver and yellow
• Compatible fibre types: multimode and singlemode (with ST ferrule)
• Typical application: patching, joining, and extending fibre links

How to use

Ensure both fibre-terminated connectors are clean and free of dust or debris before coupling. Align the ST bayonet-style ferrules and push the connector bodies together, then twist until the bayonet locks. Verify optical continuity and check insertion loss with appropriate test equipment when required. For removal, depress the bayonet lock and rotate to disengage, then separate the connectors carefully to avoid fibre end-face contact or contamination.

Recommendations

Handle end faces with lint-free wipes and approved cleaning solutions; avoid touching ferrules directly. Store unused connectors with protective caps and avoid exposing mated connections to excessive mechanical strain or moisture. Perform periodic inspection and testing in critical links to maintain signal integrity.
