Βύσμα καλωδίου RJ-45 EFB Elektronik 88035UTP.1 Μαύρο

The EFB Elektronik 88035UTP.1 Wire Connector is a black RJ45 plug designed for reliable Ethernet connections. It combines low contact resistance and IDC terminals to ensure solid electrical contact for installation cables up to 9 mm diameter and conductors from AWG22 to AWG27. The connector is a male RJ45 type and is suitable for standard network cabling where quick, tool-free assembly is required.

Advantages

The connector offers tool-free assembly with IDC technology, which speeds up installation while maintaining consistent contact quality. Very low contact resistance improves signal transmission and reduces loss. The compact black housing and compatibility with common cable sizes make it practical for a wide range of network installations.

Suitable for

• Ethernet patch cables and on-site cable terminations
• Network repairs and field installations requiring quick assembly
• Installations using solid or stranded wires AWG22–AWG27 with up to 9 mm outer diameter

Key specifications

• Brand: EFB Elektronik
• Model / MPN: 88035UTP.1
• EAN: 4049759157029
• Connector type: RJ45, male
• Assembly: tool-free, IDC terminals
• Supported conductor sizes: AWG22–AWG27

How to use

Strip the cable jacket to the recommended length, align individual conductors according to the chosen wiring standard, and insert the cable into the RJ45 plug until it seats fully. Use the built-in IDC mechanism to terminate the conductors without additional tools, ensuring each conductor is fully pressed into its contact. Verify the assembly visually and, if available, test the connection with appropriate network testing equipment.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, use cables within the specified diameter and conductor size range (AWG22–AWG27, up to 9 mm). Follow standard wiring schemes (T568A/T568B) and test connections after assembly. Avoid excessive mechanical stress on the connector and final cable run to maintain low contact resistance and transmission quality.
