Enjoy effortless adjustment of each external monitor’s height, depth and angle. With 170 -505 mm) height adjustment, ±90° swivel and monitor rotation and ±90° tilt adjustment, the One-Touch fully articulating gas spring monitor mount gives you total control over the placement of your dual monitors, from landscape to portrait mode and side-by-side to vertically stacked. Its counterbalance tension adjustment allows you to ‘tighten’ or ‘loosen’ each arm to accommodate a range of monitor weights with the same effortlessness and stability (Allen key included).

An included quick-release, detachable VESA 75/100 plate makes the fully articulating dual arm ideal for VESA mountable monitors.

How to use
Attach the arm to your desk using the included c‑clamp or grommet kit according to desk thickness and hole diameter. Fasten the detachable quick‑release VESA plate to each monitor and mount the monitors on the arms. Use the SmartFit® colour chart to select the recommended height setting based on your hand size, then adjust each arm’s height, depth and angle with the gas spring mechanism. Fine‑tune the counterbalance tension with the supplied Allen key so the arm holds the monitor smoothly at any position.
Recommendations
For optimal ergonomics, position the top of the monitor at or slightly below eye level, keep the screen about an arm’s length away, and use the SmartFit® chart to set consistent height across users. Periodically check and tighten the counterbalance and mounting hardware to maintain safe, stable operation.
