VIMCOM AG Shark Κεραία LTE/WLAN/GPS (131)

For fleet operators, remote monitoring stations, and mobile network engineers, the VIMCOM Shark Antenna consolidates LTE, WLAN, and GPS into one rugged roof-mounted unit. Its shark-fin profile reduces wind noise and visual impact while maintaining reliable multi-band connectivity on vehicles, trailers, or fixed outdoor enclosures.

Key specifications

• Multi-band antenna: LTE (698-960 MHz, 1710-2700 MHz), WLAN (2.4 GHz, 5.0 GHz), GPS (1575.42 MHz L1)
• Peak gain: 3 dBi (LTE/WLAN), 28 ± 2 dBi LNA gain (GPS)
• Impedance: 50 Ohm; VSWR < 2.0 (LTE/WLAN), < 1.5 (GPS)
• Polarization: Linear (LTE/WLAN), RHCP (GPS)
• Connectors: 3x SMA Male (1x LTE, 1x WLAN, 1x GPS); 3 m cables
• Mounting: Screw mount (M14); IP67 rated; UV-resistant ABS housing
• Operating temperature: -40°C to +85°C; GPS LNA voltage: 3-5V DC

Why choose it

Combining three antennas in one compact housing saves roof space and simplifies installation. The IP67 rating and wide temperature range ensure dependable performance in harsh environments, while the integrated GPS LNA boosts weak satellite signals for accurate positioning.

Ideal use cases

• Vehicle tracking and telematics for logistics fleets
• Mobile Wi-Fi hotspots in buses, RVs, or emergency vehicles
• Outdoor IoT gateways requiring LTE, Wi-Fi, and GPS

Good to know

The antenna uses SMA male connectors and includes 3-meter cables for flexible routing. It requires a 3-5V DC feed for the GPS LNA, typically supplied by the connected receiver.
